    a. Vision: To adapt a new support system called cloud computing so that the five years old ERP solution that requires a lot of support and maintenance can be replaced so that effective methods of support could be deployed.

    b. Mission: The mission is to improve the support system so that effective decision making based on the updated inputs using cloud computing could be applied.

    c. Objectives: The objectives of the strategic plan are to remove high cost and low efficient ERP solution so that effective cloud computing can be deployed in the business process.

    d. Strategies: The strategies that could be applied include the removal of five years old ERP support system and replacement of CRM solution with new cloud computing option.
