In the case of the housing industry, the prices of building materials and other house rents are becoming non-bearable for people who do not have proper employment or finance. Thus, acquiring a proper home to stay in is becoming a major issue for this community.

The report evaluates how income inequality in ethnic minority groups affects the housing industry. Firstly, the report will evaluate the problem and its whereabouts, highlighting the main causes of the issue. Finally, the report will highlight all the confounding factors of the said risk factors in this report.

Findings suggested that ethnic minorities have fewer scopes of education and employment than other people in the country. Thus, income inequality has become a basic trouble in this community. Constant negligence towards social involvement aspects, social stigma and poor access to different social services are simultaneously problems in this community. In the case of the housing industry, from a rental perspective, this community is becoming neglected due to non-pocket-friendly pricing. As a result, many people struggle to share a common housing space and live in unhealthy conditions.  In the case of housing development also, these people lack social and economic support in the country. Hence, the result indicates a significant crisis in individual and social health.

Therefore, this report recommends that the government should come forward to help minorities for getting proper access to the housing industry. Here, the government can keep some rebates in the raw materials of the housing industry so that those properties can be accessible to minority communities. In conclusion, the generation needs to target social structures and services to replenish income inequality gaps.
