1. “A situation at work or in your personal life to demonstrate cultural awareness.”

As a Human resource manager, I have experienced that cultural awareness should be maintained among all working employees. The employees were chosen according to their experience. The policy and rules that are made in the organization must be followed by all employees (Roscoe et al., 2019). Thus, no cultural differentiation should be made. Otherwise, it will hamper business growth. I have also observed that the employees working there follow the rules and regulations. They do not differentiate the person based on their caste, creed, or position. I have seen that the employees were doing their work not embarrassing the people by not differentiating them among their caste and religion. Cultural awareness is demonstrated among the employees by providing them with training and global citizenship. They are not building the cultural gap with good communication skills. As an HR manager, I have also seen employees celebrate the festival holidays with each other. They are not making any differentiation from each other. I have experience as an HR manager that it is important to ensure that employees give the right skills, tools, and environment top priority at their job with their best ability and talent. It is required to keep developing employee engagement and maintaining performance. Cultural awareness is important in the workplace and aids in promoting and maintaining growth through the implication of management and giving respect, values, and trust to the company’s employees (Pham et al., 2018). The employer should not differentiate among them by religion, culture, or values. Building trust and making the other person feel free to do the work is important. My cultural awareness helps to break down the barrier, build a cultural bridge and make people learn how to love and appreciate their differences. I can improve results for people with cultural differentiation as I understand muscle better.

2. “How have you used your communication and interpersonal skills to resolve an issue?”

The interpersonal skill in the well-kept secret is made behind to find a successful employee. As an HR Manager, I have used extensive care to communicate messages to the stakeholder about the company’s tale. This aids the employee and management in making better and more informed decisions and helps grow the company (Rawashdeh, 2018). The majority appreciate the employee through their work which makes them more efficient in doing the work. It will also appreciate teamwork on a basic basis. Strong interpersonal skill aids in improving the work and doing it equally. It will help them to promote a positive work culture that will aid them to work based on their performance.

Situation:

This content is mainly based on the HR manager chasing the employee for the organization. The manager has to choose the employee, not their cultural basis (Abdi et al. 2018). The manager should be aware among the employees to work together and not differentiate them into cast and culture. It is important to do the work together and build a strong team.

Task:

As an HR manager, I am responsible for looking after the performance and development of the organization. As per my knowledge, the employee should provide them with all facilities to build a strong team. Therefore, no cultural bias is to be made, as per my knowledge, an awareness training program to meet the cast’s needs and help the organization work more effectively.

Action:

HR managers can demonstrate cultural awareness through the implication of a training program for global citizenship. As per my experience with culture gaps, good communication skills will ensure employees can perform the task effectively. A strong consumer base is required to make communication stronger.

Result:

I have experienced as an HR manager that a strong team is made without making cultural biases. Maintaining the organization’s efficiency through the implication of the manager is important. It is important to develop a strong management team that will aid in developing and building strong communication. Through this implication, the management can perform the task and interact with each other to build a strong team. A strong team in the organization will help achieve the goal.

3. “Safety is an important aspect of any job environment. Please provide an example of actions you took that ensured the safety of others and what teamwork skills you used to achieve an effective outcome?”

Safety training is one of the most important actions required to improve management. It is required to make programs related to risk and incident management (Papa et al. 2018). The rising awareness among the employee should be made that will aid in solving the problem and provide satisfaction to the employee. To share the performance, the company has to make and practice and produce with contractors in sensitization and snake awareness talk. It is important to make the people aware of the danger that is there in the company.

The teamwork skill adopted to achieve the effective outcome is through the implication of time management and communication. It aims to build strong and individual soft skills that are required to build an ability to work more efficiently in setting a group. The implication of this is the strong the moment they are built (Pellegrini et al. 2020). The management has to ensure the safety of other people. The company will now work without the employee. It is imprinted to look after the protection and safety of employees working in the company.
