Potential Impacts of Law

The jurisdiction, in this case, will be The Japanese Labour Law, which follows National Labour Law Profile. This legislation will allow suppression of conflict regarding workplace health, employment, Unemployment Insurance, and superannuation. These conflicts are destructive, and they can be resolved with clear communication.

Potential Difficulties

            Paying taxes is one of the difficulties that organizations can face as income tax varies. Income brackets start at 5% and end at 23%. The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry has witnessed grievances regarding the superannuation levy, which stands at 14.64% of the earned wages. The payment procedure involves submitting ¥16,610 per month, which can be done at any financial institution.

Recommendation and justification

            Providing a Win-Win Solution with active listening can be effective in this case. It can be justified that Japan is rich with its protocols and highly educated workforce. These clauses indicate that the company should proceed with the opportunity like a low corruption rate can help the business to flourish.
